About Us

Drs Dermot and Yvonne Rafter are experienced GPs working in medical partnership in two centres: 183 Lower Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6 and 22 Braemor Road, Churchtown Dublin 14.

Dr Dermot Rafter graduated from UCD. He has special interests in both men's and women's health, family planning, STI screening, executive health screening and dermatology (including treatment of facial lines). He has a Masters Degree in Medical Science, Diploma in Children’s Health and Diploma in Obstetrics.

Dr Yvonne Rafter graduated from UCD. She has special interests in both women's and men's health, family planning, periodic health screening, dermatology and STI screening. She holds a Higher Diploma in Children’s Health, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is certified in Family Planning and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

The Practice Nurse, Nicolette Grobbelaar, is a Registered General Nurse with special interests in women’s health (including STI screening, cervical smears, pre and post natal care) and childhood and travel vaccines. She has qualifications in psychiatry, midwifery and community health.

The Practice Manager is Karolina Guzek. There are two full-time secretaries Monika Olszewska and Magda Brodacka.
