Welcome to Rafter's Medical Centres
Drs Dermot and Yvonne Rafter are experienced GPs working in medical partnership in two centres: 183 Lower Rathmines Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6 (Dr Dermot) and 22 Braemor Road, Churchtown Dublin 14 (Dr Yvonne). Both doctors deal with medical problems in all age groups, from children to the elderly and obstetric and newborn care.
It is our policy to promote health through screening for illnesses and practicing preventitive medicine.

Dr. Yvonne Rafter graduated from UCD. She has a special interest in women's health, executive health screening for both men and women, family planning, dermatology and STI screening. She also performs minor syrgery and cryotherapy. She has a higher diploma in child health and in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and a certificate in family planning and insertion of IUD's. She also has an ACLS certificate (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
Dr DERMOT RAFTER CCFP(Canada) MB BCh BAO MMedSc MICGP DCH DObs
Dr. Dermot Rafter graduated from UCD. He has a special interest in executive health screening for both men and women, family planning, STI screening and cosmetic treatment of facial lines. He also performs minor surgical procedures and cryotherapy including treatment of moles etc. He provides a full counselling service by appointment.
He has a Masters Degree in Medical Science, Diploma in Children's Health and Diploma in Obstetrics.
